You will be working in a busy and vibrant education and training department of which you will be assisting with the development and support of the organisations Virtual Learning System (Moodle) as well as the line management of at least five staff.
We are looking for an individual who has some experience of working on Moodle (not essential) but also has an educational or training background. We are particularly interested in those who have worked in the Third Sector or who have worked with adult learners.
WHO WE ARE?
With a clear vision and a strong social purpose, we bring great training, teaching, employability and upskilling to local communities, with life-changing courses.
Since 2012, we have been giving those experiencing or who have experienced domestic abuse the opportunity to return to learning – inspiring them to realise their full potential. Developing, delivering, and maintaining a key educational programme, you will ensure that our learners enjoy an outstanding experience. At the heart of our closely-knit area team, you will support and manage tutors, engage volunteers to work across various boroughs, and identify business development opportunities as well as manage a programme of study. You could also find yourself involved in specialist aspects of regional educational provision, communications, quality, and teaching, whilst actively promoting our crucial work – so every day will bring different challenges.
About you:
