As a Customer Service Representative at Threebridge Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Address and resolve client complaints and issues
• Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are being met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments or managers as necessary
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
