Description:
Responsibilities:
· Oversees the operational aspects of Talent Acquisition across US and OUS for RCS, managing ongoing TA projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, recruiters, and TA leads globally.
· Reviews status of openings and prepares weekly tracking metrics reports.
· Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
· Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with recruiters, TA leads and Hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
· Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within Talent Acquisition.
· Proficiency in Taleo, Workday and Eightfold.
· Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
· Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years HR experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
