· In this exciting, fast paced role you will lead the full life cycle recruiting efforts to fill key roles on our Software Engineering teams.

· You will source, screen and interview candidates developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools.

· You will understand and implement diverse and functional Talent Acquisition strategies.

· You will provide value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions.

Education Required:

Years’ Experience Required:

· 4+ years

Responsibilities:

· You will partner with hiring managers to develop job specifications/requirements, competencies, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary with candidates

· Work with leaders in the Software Engineering function to understand current and future needs building a strategic plan to recruit the best talent for the organization

· Evaluate job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to identify the best talent for the team

· Source candidates, manage workforce demands and develop networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors

· Phone screen and conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees

· Manage applicant tracking system and use other tools to support the hiring process

· Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the Recruiting process

· Identify inefficacies and bottle necks in recruiting processes/systems and determine how to remove, improve or solve them.

· Partner with internal stakeholders i.e. HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Immigration Team as required

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or an advanced degree and 2+ years of experience

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· Experience recruiting different functional areas of software engineering

· Knowledge of employment related regulations such as EEO, AAP and OFCCP

· Experience with Taleo, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, MS Teams

· HR/TA Certifications

· Experience sourcing diverse talent using a wide range of channels

· Experience recruiting in the medical device industry for software engineering functions, preferably at Client Instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $44.00 – $48.00 per hour
