ยท In this exciting, fast paced role you will lead the full life cycle recruiting efforts to fill key roles on our Software Engineering teams.
ยท You will source, screen and interview candidates developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools.
ยท You will understand and implement diverse and functional Talent Acquisition strategies.
ยท You will provide value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions.

Responsibilities:
ยท You will partner with hiring managers to develop job specifications/requirements, competencies, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary with candidates
ยท Work with leaders in the Software Engineering function to understand current and future needs building a strategic plan to recruit the best talent for the organization
ยท Evaluate job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to identify the best talent for the team
ยท Source candidates, manage workforce demands and develop networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors
ยท Phone screen and conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees
ยท Manage applicant tracking system and use other tools to support the hiring process
ยท Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the Recruiting process
ยท Identify inefficacies and bottle necks in recruiting processes/systems and determine how to remove, improve or solve them.
ยท Partner with internal stakeholders i.e. HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Immigration Team as required
Minimum Requirements:
ยท Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or an advanced degree and 2+ years of experience
ยท Excellent writing and communication skills
ยท Experience recruiting different functional areas of software engineering
ยท Knowledge of employment related regulations such as EEO, AAP and OFCCP
ยท Experience with Taleo, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, MS Teams
ยท HR/TA Certifications
ยท Experience sourcing diverse talent using a wide range of channels
ยท Experience recruiting in the medical device industry for software engineering functions, preferably at Client Instructions
