ThreatModeler Software Inc., the industry’s leading automated threat modeling platform, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Assistant to join our team of professionals.

This role requires a general knowledge of office machines and procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to proactively address the needs of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Administrative Duties : Manage scheduling appointments, planning travel arrangements, checking emails, and handling phone calls with efficiency.
• Office Maintenance : Oversee general office functions, including maintaining office supply inventory, performing regular checks to ensure office equipment is in order, and coordinating with building management for suite needs (e.

g., carpet cleaning, light fixture replacement, office temperature).

• Storage and File Management : Organize office storage and maintain files and supplies.
• Meeting Coordination : Organize staff meetings, including sending reminders, arranging food, and preparing staff s and materials.
• Office Tidiness : Ensure the office is tidy and organized, including coordinating kitchen cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.
• Expense Tracking : Monitor and track office expenses.
• Event Planning : Lead office clean-up and organization efforts, and manage office celebrations such as birthdays, baby showers, team building events, and holiday parties.
• Mail and Packages : Mail out packages as needed, primarily through FedEx.
• General Office Tasks : Assist with additional general office tasks as needed.
• Travel Planning : Plan and schedule travel for staff.

Requirements :

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proactive and Self-Motivated : Must have a go-getter personality, with the ability to identify the needs of the business rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Culture Builder : Responsible for building and maintaining a positive office culture.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow independently and as part of a team.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

• In-Office Role : This is a 100% in-office role. You must be comfortable being at the office full-time to be available to attend to any business needs on-site.
