WHAT YOU’LL DO

• SCHEDULING / INTERVIEW PROCESS /REPORTING: Pre-screens all candidates for qualifications and makes recommendations for next steps. Coordinates initial contact with candidates through various sources (phone, text, email, etc.). Schedules the initial interview process with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring they have all the information proactively, and makes recommendations for next steps. Uploads various notes, assessments, or other information to the HRIS system. Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly recruiting reporting and cascade to appropriate parties.
• HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THE RIGHT SEAT: Responsible for the strategy and execution of proactive recruitment in a variety of platforms to meet lead goals. Steps in, as needed, to various stages of the recruiting process. Handle all updating of job postings on internal and external sites.
• EMPLOYMENT BRAND: Responsible for maintaining the employment brand across all recruiting avenues, both internally and externally. Schedule, plan and execute various job fairs and networking events. Researches new recruitment avenues and presents on findings.

WHAT YOU NEED

• THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE and requires working at our office in Papillion, NE.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a recruitment or human resources role. Prior experience in staffing or agency experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with all functions and levels of the organization.
• Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as HRIS systems, spreadsheets, database, and word processing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
