Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role and organization
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires
• Negotiate job offers and prepare offer letters for successful candidates
• Track and on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and cost-per-hire

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managerial positions involving high volume hiring with a proven track record of recruiting top talent
• Experience with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools, including job boards, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
