Thoughtworks Hiring for Talent Ops/ Staffing Coordinator Job at Melbourne Full Time

Thoughtworks Australia is looking for an exceptional Staffing Coordinator to join our amazing Staffing team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will work alongside our Staffing Lead and you will ideally have a background or passion in data, analysis and/or operations.

The goal of our Staffing Team is to align Thoughtworker aspirations with upcoming opportunities; whilst also balancing the needs of our clients and Thoughtworks’ business. This team is at the heart of Thoughtworks business, and so you’ll get to interact with lots of Thoughtworkers whilst also learning alot about business and talent operations.

You’ll spend time on the following:

• Keeping our assignment data and consultant insights up to date
• Collecting insights and data; and using this to drive improvements in the staffing experience for our Consultants
• Help analyse different data sets and provide business insights
• Liaising and communicate with different stakeholders (including consultants) to ensure seamless staffing assignments and kickoffs
• Sharing regular comms to consultants and Account leadership team as new consultants join their accounts
• Helping to establish new process and templates to support the growth of our business

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Detail-oriented, analytical mind and the ability to analyse complex data sets
• Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
• You’re willing to give things a go. You enjoy experimenting to overcome hurdles
• You are self-organising and know how to prioritise tasks whilst being flexible to adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with a consistent high service
• Can respond and turn around things quickly, doing whatever it takes to get to the right information, and will look to always meet or exceed expectations
• Curious. You enjoy working with a variety of tools every day to make your life easier.
