Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager at our client, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing the relationship with one of our esteemed clients, Nissan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Nissan, fostering strong relationships.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Nissan’s needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare comprehensive s on account performance and growth potential.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proven track record in key account management within the automotive industry.

A deep understanding of mechatronic, trim, and lighting components.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

A results-oriented approach with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed.
