Thomson Reuters Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Pyrmont Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join the HR and wider TA team at Thomson Reuters focusing on ANZ and APAC recruitment. Your focus will be end to end recruitment, workday and back up HR operations for the ANZ team.

You will come from an internal talent acquisition background and have previous exposure to legal, tax and media domains. Workday skills and HR qualifications are essential.

Key responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for the following:

· Delivering recruitment services to individual hiring managers in Legal, Tax, Corporate and Reuters News Agency.

· Handling medium to high complexity searches for open positions.

· Identifying, attracting and evaluating candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.

· Moving candidates through the workday system for feedback / scheduling.

Key Criteria

· A Bachelors degree relating to Human Resources

· 2-3 years in Talent Acquisition and exposure to a global business

· An understanding of the law, accounting or finance domains is helpful

· Data and workforce reporting skills

· Advanced MS office including excel skills

· Workday skills for HR operations and Recruitment preferred

· Articulate with a positive, outcome driven outlook

· Strong attention to detail

· Able to negotiate and manage priorities and deadlines effectively

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to influence and negotiate with candidates and managers in a credible and effective manner.

· Able to manage the recruitment process end to end form initiation/ intake meeting through to on-boarding the hire

· Can manage workday end to end from job posting through and search process, contract set up, approvals and the on-boarding process.
