Thomsen Properties Hiring for FT Compliance and Office Assistant Full Time

Full time position: RV Park Assist and Compliance Assist in our other Santa Rosa Mobilehome communities

This is not an on-site position. This is not a remote working position.

We are a property management company that owns and operates a combined 27 mobilehome and RV communities throughout Northern and Southern California.

We are looking to hire a Community Assist Professional at our RV park in Windsor, CA. The role at Windsor would be 20 – 25 hours a week. The Compliance Assist role would make up the rest!

The Windsor Community Assist role would include:

· Office admin tasks as assigned by the manager

· Compliance with rules and regulations at spaces and our amenities

· Space and storage check in and check out

· Phone calls

· Motivation to keep the community 100% occupied

The 3 Santa Rosa Mobilehome Community Compliance Assist role would include:

· Coordinated communication with the managers to effectively assist with space and amenity compliance

· Talking with residents to motivate compliance

· Serving the relevant legal notices to demand compliance

· Follow up, all the while communicating status with the manager

The ideal candidate will not only need to be comfortable working directly with tenants, but also possess a skill set in strong customer service, which includes necessary communication skills and professionalism. This position is very hands-on/out and about role. You must have the willingness and ability to not only manage conflict, but to manage conflicts professionally. This is a conflict resolution role. Project management skills and remodeling knowledge would be a big plus. We can talk more about why later.

A strong working knowledge of computers (Outlook, MS Word, Excel) is necessary and proficiency in basic math is required.

Requirements: High school degree, further education is a plus. Smart and curious people only need apply! We offer training, but we can’t train the latter!
