Continuing with our vision for growth and expansion, Aim Altitude (Bournemouth) are hiring a Software Engineer on a permanent basis working with stakeholders to elicit and document software requirements designing, building and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code. It’s an exciting time to join our team!

The successful candidate will be based at our Bournemouth site. Occasional travel between all AIM and TAS sites may be required.

The successful candidate will be required to support on the following tasks:

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Design, coding and debugging of applications.
• Defining and documenting operating procedures.
• Supporting the delivery of projects on time, to cost and quality.
• Assisting clients with on-site support activities.
• Work with the following technologies, frameworks, and methodologies: JavaScript, C#, NET Web, JQuery etc.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with a minimum of two years relevant development experience with either SQL server/Oracle/MySql. Relevant skills in full software development lifecycle is desirable.
