HR Administrator required for September 2022
We are looking for a dynamic, efficient and highly motivated individual to join our busy fast paced HR team of 3 at our Ringwood office. The suitable candidate will ideally have a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice or equivalent.
They will have at least one years experience of working in an office and ideally have experience with recruitment administration, processing DBS applications and a sound knowledge of safer recruitment guidelines. Experience within a school office environment would be advantageous.
You will need to be self-managing, highly PC literate, with an eye for detail and able to perform a wide variety of tasks to a high standard. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, be a team player and support all areas of the department.
Our Ringwood office undertakes the main finance, administration and HR function providing support to four independent schools, one kindergarten and an Academy (which are all based in London), for a staff body of more than 700.
This is a full time position with hours of work from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.
Benefits include six weeks paid holiday in addition to bank holidays, a contributory pension, free parking and a salary range of £23,000 – £25,000 p.a.
