  This role is categorised as a roam role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.
  

The Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity to for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Thirteen family. You will be partnering with our hiring managers on all talent acquisition matters to provide support in delivering the people agenda and business plans, particularly in relation to talent management and talent acquisition.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for a team of two talent administrators. You’ll develop and embed our new talent acquisition offer to provide our managers and candidates with a great end to end experience.

With a mix of working from home and being out and about meeting colleagues in our offices, we want you to:

• Source, attract and select the best candidates for our roles; utilising the most appropriate methods of attraction – whether that’s focussed advertising on job boards; creating engaging social media campaigns … or just knowing who out there might be looking for a new challenge!
• Develop and maintain talent pools and pipelines in line with our long-term recruitment strategies.
• In line with our equality, diversity, and inclusion plan, we’re really keen for you to develop strategies to increase both the quality and diversity of candidates and ensure an inclusive recruitment process. You’ll also be networking and attending events to promote the Thirteen brand to a wide audience (careers fairs, universities, armed forces and special interest groups).
• Manage and develop our PSL for recruitment services, as well as our ATS, improving our systems and processes to ensure a great experience for our candidates and colleagues.

The Person:

We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker with experience of doing things a bit differently.
You’ll have experience delivering a successful talent acquisition service, managing an ongoing, diverse recruitment caseload in a fast-paced environment and can translate this into developing a talent acquisition offer for Thirteen. Ideally, you will be CIPD level 5 qualified, or with equivalent relevant experience.

You’ll be able to build effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues right across the organisation and will have experience of working with and developing HRIS or ATS.
It goes without saying that your communication skills, both verbal and written, will need to be top-notch, to create engaging adverts that will attract people to Thirteen.
