Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple phone lines ensuring clients are at the highest priority by providing friendly and timely communication.
• Scheduling client appointments
• Data entry
• Invoicing
• Copying, filing, scanning and organizing receipts
• Assisting with administrative tasks and projects throughout the company

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive, rock star-ish attitude!
• A professional and friendly, etiquette with excellent phone skills and a willingness to learn.
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and all levels of the company team
• Ability to stay organized in a busy office
• Strong computer skills, including experience with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer databases
• Proficient with Quick Books
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Dependable and resourceful.
• Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Quick learner, open and able to adapt with new tasks and processes.
• Eager to excel and contribute to the team.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Experience:

• experience in a project-based service organization preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Extensive keyboarding
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• The ability to bend and stoop regularly for routine office tasks

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
