Ector College Prepatory School in Odessa, Texas is seeking an Assistant Principal for the 2021-2022 school year. Licensure is preferred, but not required. Specific job duties and essential skills are listed below:

Primary Purpose:

Assume leadership and responsibility for school functions, instruction and outcomes

Supervisory Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree required, or currently enrolled in a program
• Minimum of two years administrative experience in a K-12 setting
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience
• Early literacy specialist
• Ability to provide exceptional instructional feedback
• Motivate and inspire staff
• Multi-task and excellent time management
• Superior knowledge of operational leadership and effectiveness
• Solid understanding of basic teaching pedagogy
