THIRD FORM Hiring for Social Media & PR Executive at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Third Form is a breakout Australian label that is looking for a new member to be a-part of the labels exciting growth both in Australia and internationally.

Alongside our eager vision, we are seeking an experienced Social Media & PR Executive to join the Third Form team assisting the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager in all aspects of the product life-cycle.

We are seeking a motivated and qualified professional with graphic design capability, retail marketing, social media and website experience to join the team.

You will bring the brand to life through a variety of marketing initiatives in order to increase customer reach and drive customers online to increase sales. You will be determined, enthusiastic & self-motivated to achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Content creation

• Make key contributions to seasonal campaign content production, development & innovation that has a strong link to brand strategy and performance outcomes
• Be responsible for producing engaging content for organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Pinterest
• Working cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging & high performing digital campaigns across multiple channels. Analysing campaign metrics/data.
• Plan and create Journal articles for website
• Imagery and video editing for Web and social use

Social Management

• Manage and be responsible for bringing the THIRD FORM brand vision to life across all social media platforms. Including but not limited to: Instagram Grid, Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest
• Manage and upload the daily social media content to meet daily KPI’s around post frequency, engagement & sales. This includes curating, editing, scheduling and publishing all content to social media channels while following our brand guidelines and unique tone of voice in all copywriting and communication
• Work alongside Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Coordinator to develop the yearly digital marketing calendar for social and EDM marketing.
•  Developing monthly content plan for all social channels, presenting to Marketing manager & creative director for sign off
• Manage and grow the audience acquisition and ongoing engagement of the THIRD FORM EDM’s and Social channels
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with campaign creative and copy for Ads on a seasonal basis
• With the support of our Customer Service Team, manage and engage with our THIRD FORM community across all social media platforms daily, including responding to all comments from our customers including direct messages, reviews and feedback
• Conduct a weekly and monthly ing structure covering performance metrics, acquisition, engagement across social and digital platforms

Events

• Planning with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners around a range of brand events, including seasonal presentations, retail events, Press showings, and brand collaborations, in line with the annual marketing calendar.

PR & Influencer

•  Ensure the on-time delivery of seasonal collection collateral to press and stylists in line with the launch schedule and in consultation with internal teams and stakeholders. Inclusive of feature stories, product placement across digital and print.
• Ownership of influencer programs, presenting back seasonal strategy in line with the brand vision
• End to end management of influencer and creator database.
• Managing key VIP brand relationships for dressing, gifting + content creation.
• Management of media and celebrity contact list ensuring all data is current and accurate
• Conduct a weekly and monthly ing structure tracking PR outreach and outcomes

 Requirements

• Tertiary degree qualifications in Digital Media, Graphic Design or Marketing
• Genuine experience in a similar role, 3+ years preferred
• Adobe Suite skills; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (essential)
• Advanced familiarity with Klayvio, Shopify or Shopify Plus & Pinterest
• Advanced copywriting skills to support the brand language and image.
• Proven experience with leveraging digital and social media platforms
• Excellent organisational skills and time management
• Proven ability to work effectively, proactively and manage multiple deadlines with a ‘finger on the pulse’ mentality
• Eager to learn, develop skills and work to make a difference within Third Form
• Be highly organised with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• The ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Have excellent attention to detail and a keen eye of creative and visual details and accuracy
