THIRA Health seeks a full-time Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support all THIRA Health talent acquisition and onboarding operations. This includes coordination and administration of full-cycle recruitment, outreach, onboarding, etc. to support the Human Resources Generalist Coordinator. The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with sensitive/confidential information. The ideal candidate must be flexible, detail-oriented, proactive, a team player, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Support recruitment and hiring process from beginning to end for all open THIRA Health positions including but not limited to phone interviews, coordination of all supplemental interviews, interview materials, background checks, reference verification, administrative documentation, etc. in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain relationships with career/internship departments at local universities and in the community; manage internship & career fair calendar and attend all events to actively recruit potential qualified candidates
• Draft and maintain company-wide job descriptions and job postings
• Facilitate all new hire orientation processes. Coordinate with all required persons to ensure smooth New Hire first day experience.
• Facilitate and oversee onboarding evaluation processes; conduct regular new hire check-in’s and administer evaluations, compile and report data to HR Generalist Coordinator
• Provide other HR Recruitment/Staffing related support as needed

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Business, Communications, or another related field)
• Must have 1+ year experience working in HR roles
• Must possess a strong work ethic and integrity with the ability to exercise discretion and judgement with sensitive and confidential matters/information

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Experience in Human Resources and recruitment highly preferred preferred
• Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
