We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Delivery Consultant to join our team for a multi-year program focused on implementing a collection of services accessible through a single entry point, providing secure access to users via a digital credential.

As a Digital Service Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for developing the Program Model, which will govern, oversee, and support the implementation of program.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Digital Service delivery for the Program Model.
• Organize and facilitate requirements sessions, workshops, and interviews with Product and Project Stakeholders, team members, and end-users and document the outcomes.
• Identify and document the Program Model, including Program Governance, Program Resources, and Program Roadmap and Timelines.
• Identify and document considerations for the Program related to Program Support and Program Policy.
• Ensure the Program is consistent with best practices.
• Provide advice and recommendations regarding the feasibility of suggested business requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Offer expertise, consultative advice, and guidance in terms of change management strategies.
• Coach the project team and key stakeholders to establish a common understanding of the Program, industry standards, and best practices.
• to the Program Sponsors as required for monitoring and accountability purposes.
• Participate in project meetings to on progress and issues management.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in designing and implementing Digital Service Delivery Programs, business analysis, requirements management, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Identity, Consent, and Access Management.
• Familiarity with the Pan-Canadian Trust Framework would be advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with government organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Change Management and Communications at an enterprise level.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Salary: $50.00-$90.00 per hour
