ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts who value user-centric design and can use highly developed critical thinking skills to analyse and improve our clients’ processes, systems and services.

As a Business Analyst with Thinkable Partners, your key responsibilities may include:

• Organising and facilitating workshops to extract business requirements and defining new or improved business processes
• Providing strategic business analysis advice and guidance to clients to enable successful outcomes
• Deploying appropriate business analysis methods and tools
• Building relationships with executives and relevant stakeholders at all levels
• Working with multiple stakeholder groups with different needs, views and competing priorities
• Working collaboratively or as part of a broader team to achieve client outcomes
• Working autonomously to deliver quality products and outcomes as required

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for passionate, purpose-driven team players at multiple levels who have:

• A positive attitude with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships as a part of Thinkable Partners and with clients
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in delivering for federal government clients is crucial)
• Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with good attention to detail and proficient in gathering and documenting requirements
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to drive desired outcomes across the program management lifecycle
• Experience in data analytics and/or process automation will be highly regarded.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen (with a minimum baseline security clearance) with the ability to complete a Police Check prior to commencement.

REMUNERATION:

Our remuneration packages are above the industry average and include profit sharing.
