Job description: Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and evaluation for generating new, high-quality applicants for open staff positions at Think Together using marketing channels.
Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated marketing manager supporting Think Together’s Talent Acquisition Department.
• Manage strategy, creative and content for talent acquisition-focused marketing, including social media, advertising, public relations, and webpages, in collaboration with marketing team members.
• Support the content, preparation and distribution of monthly emails and other communications to potential Think Together employees, current employees, and volunteers.
• Collect data from the Talent Acquisition team to compile monthly staffing and recruitment reports for the Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Support organizational candidate pipelines through online postings, job board advertisements, social media posts, referral program, Glassdoor, Job Openings emails, etc.
• Manage Company Glassdoor profile. Strategize opportunities to improve organization’s online presence. Respond to reviews.
• Build community partnerships and maintain strong relationships through constant contact and collaboration.
• Work with community partners to post job openings, plan/implement hiring events and info sessions.
• Lead task force with Talent Acquisition team members to strategize marketing support for recruitment efforts to strengthen pipeline and build employee brand.
• Participate in daily talent acquisition meetings, obtaining direction from and providing updates to Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Expansion Team to collaborate and provide staffing updates and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication team to find synergies and lead new staffing initiatives in support of organization’s mission and evolution.

Other Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains highest levels of confidentiality with regard to candidate and staff information, background check data, financial and organizational matters.
• Attends staff and department meetings as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-4 years’ Marketing experience or related
• Experience at staffing agency or employee recruitment a plus
• Experience building and/or supporting brand visual identity and messaging
• Excellent writing skills – writing samples will be requested
• Experience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
• Knowledge of Canva preferred

Background Checks/Testing:

• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting)
• Provide a clear TB test
