JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter works within in all aspects of full cycle recruiting and execution of talent acquisition strategy and processes while also being responsible for candidate development of active and passive candidate pipelines for the organization. This individual will have extensive interaction with hiring managers with a consultative approach that drives the candidate management process to facilitate a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Drive the candidate management process with hiring manager, solidifies offer process and candidate acceptance.
• Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community-based organizations
• Determines job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile
• Reviews resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates
• Attends College and Community Job Fairs and Career Events
• Works with TA Team to develop community-based relationships to add to candidate pool
• Conducts behavior-based pre-screen interviews via phone daily
• Clearly communicates expectations of the position, evaluates candidates against job requirements, engages candidate in the opportunity, and presents the candidate to hiring manager
• Manages the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing the candidate and hiring manager, generating offer letters.
• Assists with project work and process improvement initiatives
• Assists with scheduling, sourcing, and requisition management
• Possible travel and driving to regional offices and/or career events
• Other duties as assigned

• Assist with Marketing initiatives working to create recruiting strategies and deadlines to successfully execute hiring requirements
• Ability to recognize issues and find workable means to successful solutions
• Analyze, collect and interpret recruiting data to apprise leaders of trends and themes to drive the recruiting strategy Well organized, focuses on details, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Flexible, adaptable and able to alter according to changes in projects or business needs
• Demonstrates cross-cultural sensitivity with demonstrated experience working with people of diverse backgrounds

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years recruitment experience
• High volume recruitment experience a plus!
• Bilingual is a plus

Background Checks/Testing:

• Must pass a criminal background check (Live Scan fingerprinting) prior to beginning employment.
• Must present proof of negative tuberculosis skin test (Mantoux) prior to beginning employment dated within 60 days prior to hire date.

Pay: $63,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
