High School Site Coordinator

The High School (HS) Site Coordinator will be responsible for daily operations of the program at one high school site, as well as the administrative tasks that support and enhance the program. HS Site Coordinator will be responsible for youth development, district/principal relationships, quality programming, and partnerships with service providers. The HS Site Coordinator ensures that all data supporting site programs, collaborators, funders and school administration are collected, completed, accurate and organized. This may include creation and development of data systems and processes to track students who are enrolled in activities such as credit recovery, CASHEE preparation, and other targeted student activities. The HS Site Coordinator will work closely with school administration and staff to cultivate trusting relationships with students and long-term partnerships with all stakeholders including district partners, administration and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the program’s logistics and scheduling of venues, events, staff, and students, as well as communicate those activities, schedules, calendars, and facility usage with school day staff and administration.
• Develop strategies, align resources and collaborate with program partners and vendors to support their on-site programs.
• Provide leadership for site staff, students, and volunteers; and provide the necessary coaching, training, and performance assessment to ensure quality programming is delivered to our students.
• Establishes positive relationships with all of the site’s adult school administration, staff, and stakeholders.
• Assist with staff recruitment, interview and selection.
• Manage lesson plan training, compliance, and documentation.
• Oversee and support site assistant work that include but are not limited to managing and distributing weekly schedules, entering attendance data into Youth Services, submit snack reports, and maintain site equipment logs, ensuring accuracy and meeting school district deadlines.
• Manage and distribute employee schedules, and site facility assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Required or 4 years in older youth afterschool supervisor experience
• At least one year in a supervisory or leadership position is highly preferred.
• After-school experience preferred (high school or middle school level)
• Bilingual preferred
