The Opportunity

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities across business within the Merchandise portfolio.

This will be achieved through building and driving successful business partnerships with hiring managers, providing expert advice on a range of talent attraction solutions, and utilising advanced sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire.

Specifically, you will:

• Review resumes and conducting phone screens
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit against role requirements
• Build strong rapport and trust with stakeholders across the business
• Create talent pools aligned to high-demand roles
• Advertise jobs across various platforms. Ensure advertisement response is managed within a timely fashion.
• Short-list candidates for job vacancies and consult with Hiring Managers to select candidates for interviews
• Apply subject matter knowledge relating to your portfolio, to understand demographic trends, ways of working, behaviour profiles and skills in demand

To Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you will present with 3+ years recruitment experience in both operational and strategic environments, ideally in Retail. You will also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be comfortable influencing at a senior level.

It is essential that you demonstrate the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments as is the ability to think on your feet and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
