Job Description:

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You’ll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
