About the role

Thiess has an opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join their formal Graduate Program, commencing in February 2022.

As a graduate you will receive structured, on-the-job training, guided learning plans, soft skill development as well as access to mentoring programs. On our two-year program, you will receive up to two 12-month rotations in various roles and projects across Central Queensland and the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.

The opportunity to rotate across our projects will provide you with a strong foundation to build your career.

About you

This role will suit someone who is:
Completing a tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Engineering at the end of 2021

Experience in Power BI and Excel an advantage

An interest in accounting, finance, analytics, systems and automation

Previous business analyst, finance or accounting exposure preferred

Eager to learn new skills, flexible and adaptive

Keen to pursue a career in the resources industry and ready to make a positive impact

Willing to relocate to various sites and projects, as required by program rotations
