TheWashBoss is a fast-growing business that specializes in teaching people how to start and scale a pressure washing business in North America. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Closer/Setter to join our team with opportunities to grow as we grow [Sales Manager opportunity].

As a Remote Closer/Setter, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through an opt-in flow of 400-600/per month, setting appointments, and closing qualified leads. You will work closely with our ownership team to understand the needs of our clients and deliver customized solutions that meet their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
• Follow up with potential clients and qualify leads
• Close deals and set appointments for our team of experts
• Build relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue and achieving targets

Requirements:

• Experience in high-ticket sales
• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in a remote setting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand the needs of clients and deliver customized solutions
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Knowledge of the pressure washing industry is a plus, but not required
