How Will You Make an Impact?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work own end to end recruitment for key hiring needs across the EMEA region. You will have the opportunity to support on Process Improvement projects, participate in organisational change projects and hiring related initiatives aligned to our Recruiting strategy.

What will you do?

• Manage a recruitment portfolio across the region
• Building trust and credibility with geographically dispersed clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruiting process
• Build an understanding current/future hiring needs and assessing the labour market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies for the business
• earn and deploy creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelines
• Actively utilize TA technology and social media to pipeline talent, promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
• Participate in projects (local/regional/global/cross functional)

Who we are looking for:

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related program.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and time management skills
• Results-oriented, using data to influence
• Sound analytical skills
• Ability to visualise data through infographics
