Remote – prefer US West Coast time zone

As a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for strategically developing, optimizing and launching sophisticated digital marketing automation programs. This position requires an innovative mentality with demonstrable ability to support the evolution of a data driven team while carrying the technical abilities to effectively identify, adopt, and scale new digital capabilities.

What will you do?

• Responsible for digital program strategy, planning, execution, optimization and revenue plan with clear objectives and critical metrics.
• Work cross-functionally and across regions with marketing teams to build plan, gain alignment, implement and optimize in various digital marketing channels, drive insights from the data to improve program performance.
• Develop customer journeys with support of cross-functional team, collaborate with content teams and business partners to build our nurture programs to deliver the right content to the right and assess content performance trends and propose corrective measures as appropriate.
• Responsible for understanding how to use CRM and marketing data to better understand our businesses and how to market to the customer in the most effective way.
• Use data to drive insights with our business partners to educate and inform how they can improve their marketing and change how they approach marketing.
• Educate partners on new data sources, capabilities, and technologies and how to best use them in their go-to market strategies.
• Staying current with digital technology within our corporate team as well as the digital marketing industry.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience accepted

Experience

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with increasing responsibilities and scope with the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

People/Communication

• Strong oral and written communication skills and able to talk with both technical and business colleagues
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization
• Handling strategic digital initiatives and working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and digital marketing strategies

Process/Organization/Optimization

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to work on concurrent projects
• Experience establishing and maintaining business processes, documentation, and training materials

Data/Analytics

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with ing and business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.
• Data analysis (using Excel/Access/ing Tools)
• Data interpretation and communication skills with the ability to summarize complex findings clearly and concisely
• Experience using CRM and marketing data to better understand our businesses and how to market to the customer in the most effective way

Technology

• Ability convey business requirements to technical specifications
• Desire to drive innovation and new ways of thinking within the digital marketing technology stack.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$111,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
