How you will make an impact:

The Logistics Team Lead is responsible for performing a variety of critical tasks under general supervision. This individual will assist with the day-to-day operations of several areas including inventory management, chemical management, glass wash services, and pipette calibrations. You will develop a team in a wide-ranging work environment that assists with the development of life altering medications.

What you will do:

• Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Ensure colleagues are adhering to company policies and procedures with maintaining dedication through mentorship and guidance.

• Working with end user community to coordinate goods and services provided.

• Connect with supervisor any customer issues or potential problems.

• Adopts Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies

• Maintain records to ensure proof of compliance.

• Conduct regular team meetings to enhance skills, share standard processes, and address challenges.

• Strong attention to detail in daily site Safety procedures

• Use data and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.

• Coordinates activities between on behalf of the client

• Review work instructions with leadership and colleagues

• Ensure individual and colleague training and certifications are up to date and completed on time

• Harmonize activities with other individual service providers and functional work areas

How you will get here:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent(GED)

• College degree preferred, but not required.

Experience:

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred

• Experience in GLP/GMP environment a plus

• Phenomenal customer service skills

• Strong analytical and ing skills

• Developed organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work well individually and with a team
