The Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific aims to dramatically improve the management of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostics technologies and clinical expertise. Our key businesses: allergy, autoimmunity, and systems. This role will be part of the U.S. Digital Marketing Team.
How will you make an impact?
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, this role will support the U.S. digital marketing strategy inclusive of our owned, earned and paid digital channels across all target audiences. We’re seeking a candidate that is a jack-of-all digital trades, always starting curious and excited to learn new digital tools & platforms to help drive our marketing activations forward. Whether that’s being proficient in social media account management, email marketing and / or analytics dashboards, a candidate is excited to learn and take initiative to become a subject matter expert in any marketing opportunity directed their way. This role will raise product awareness across our allergy and autoimmune diagnostic portfolios.
A candidate should have an understanding of digital advertising strategies and is excited to bring new ideas to the table to drive digital growth while keeping costs within budget. Specific platforms that this individual should be proficient in and / or are excited to become a subject matter expert include: Meta Business Manager, Eloqua, LinkedIn Advertising and Adobe Analytics
This role will into the Manager of Digital & Strategic Markets, but will have day-to-day guidance and projects assigned by our Digital Marketing Manager.

What will you do?
Monitor social media pages and address queries. Join social media groups and professional platforms to stay in-the-know on industry-related topics.
Contribute to the goal setting and ongoing measurement / analytics of all digital marketing tactics we leverage.
Work alongside both the U.S. and Global Digital team members (specifically site manager and content and experiences manager) to deliver an extraordinary digital user experience across multiple personas and buyer types.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to identify the best digital channels to use for target audiences.
Develop a deep understanding of our go-to-market strategy, and allergy/autoimmune market position.
Deliver an in-depth ing analysis to customers across multiple different campaigns at once.
Social media account management and brand building using targeted approaches.
Email marketing process, distribution and critical metric tracking.
Evaluating, optimizing, and ing on digital marketing tactics demonstrated.
How will you get here?
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
Experience
Digital marketing experience and marketing communications overall.
Demonstrated success working on multidisciplinary teams.
Experience creating impactful omni-channel marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven personality.
Project management, creative design and marketing skills, with an understanding of the entire digital ecosystem and how social media fits in.
Robust understanding of the quickly-evolving paid and organic social media environments and consistent record of managing a well-established social media presence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational abilities to prioritize multiple tasks at once and problem-solving as challenges arise.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing tools, etc.
