THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO BE OUR MILL VALLEY OFFICE DAILY

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for working with candidates through all recruiting stages. You’ll also participate in executing regional talent acquisition strategies and act as a brand ambassador to highlight the company as an employer of choice.

Therapydia is building a national network of outpatient physical therapy clinics based on the highest levels of patient satisfaction with the goal of retaining our patients for their lifetimes. We’re fanatical about patient satisfaction! We have an NPS of 95! When patients walk through our doors, they will discover an experience centered around one-on-one personalized care. They will discover more than just physical therapy; our clinics offer a range of customized wellness programs, including Pilates, TRX and Annual Wellness Assessments, in a sun-lit boutique environment.

• Pre-screen candidates and communicate with hiring managers, presenting a diverse candidate pool and attracting top talent.
• Handle a requisition load within a fast-paced environment, while being strategic, collaborative, and providing top service to the company’s hiring managers.
• Source and target passive candidates for many hard to fill positions, while also creating future pipelines.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
• A driven and confident attitude

Junior Recruiter Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills required

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Strong computer and systems knowledge, must be very familiar with G-Suite and Excel

• Positive attitude, flexibility with work assignments and excellent customer service disposition

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative atmosphere

Junior Recruiter Compensation:

• Salary $60K -$70K
• Medical, dental, & vision insurance; FSA, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance
