A newly created role is available for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our People, Talent and Culture Team. We are a small, but highly effective team providing operational support across all areas of the business. The Opportunity:

• Driving the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services and supporting the on-boarding of new employees, with a focus on people, process and continuous improvement;
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements and ensuring sourcing strategies meet the ongoing business needs;
• Contributing to and delivering on the resourcing strategy, to achieve results in attraction, diversity, engagement and retention;
• Building effective relationships with internal and external service providers and networks to ensure the business is well placed for ongoing growth; and
• Contributing to the People, Talent and Culture Team strategic initiatives and projects.

About You:

• Significant experience working in an internal resourcing capacity with a flexible attitude and focus on business success;
• Time management skills with a proven ability to multitask and a high level of attention to detail;
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach;
• The ability to build effective internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders; and
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, HRIS and e-recruitment management systems.
