We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People, Talent and Culture Team and provide operational support to the business. We are a small, highly effective team that are hands on in building management and leadership capability across teams and delivering on the people strategy. If you are looking to be part of a dynamic team that helps drive business success, then this is the role for you.
The Opportunity:

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to manage talent and succession plans and ensuring people strategies meet the ongoing business needs;
• Working with Team Leaders to understand workforce plans and delivering on the resourcing strategy, to achieve results in attraction, diversity, engagement, and retention;
• Driving the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services and supporting the on-boarding of new employees, with a focus on people, process and continuous improvement;
• Building effective relationships with internal and external service providers and networks to ensure the business is well placed for ongoing growth; and
• Contributing to the People, Talent and Culture strategic initiatives and projects.

About You:

• Significant experience working in an internal HR capacity across attraction, retention and learning and development, with a strong focus on business outcomes;
• A proven track record in business partnering, thinking strategically and delivering operationally, to manage change and drive results that contribute to business success;
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to influence and build effective relationships;
• A high level of attention to detail teamed with well-developed time management skills and the capacity to multitask; and
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, HRIS and e-recruitment management systems.
