Therapy and Learning Center, Inc are actively seeking an enthusiastic Part Time College Executive Enrollment Analyst.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collecting information and qualifying candidates for programs, services or courses.
Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.
Ensuring that applications are completed correctly and that the required supporting materials have been provided.
Entering, updating and reviewing data and records.
Communicate with clients and employees, and respond to any queries or complaints.
Providing guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates.
Corresponding with applicants and prospective candidates.
Processing enrollments and dis-enrollments.
Assisting with billing and payment processing.
Sort and forward incoming mail and emails, and prepare and send outgoing mail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,700.00 – $59,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brooklyn, NY 11215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
