Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation Hiring for Night Auditor at Medora, North Dakota Full Time

As a member of the lodging team, a Night Auditor will report to the Lodging Manager. A Night Auditor will have the primary responsibility to operate the front desk during the night shift, as well as assist guests with inquiries during the night.

Essential Functions

1. Works mainly with numbers and reports.
2. Handles all guest issues as they arise during the night hours.
3. Treats requests with professionalism, tact, and a courteous manner.
4. Is able to make and answer telephone calls.
5. Maintains knowledge of hotel policies including room rates, discounts, special offerings, and events.
6. Maintains knowledge of upcoming events, local area, and hotel offerings.
7. Ensures the lobby and shared areas are neat and orderly which may include occasional,

• Sweeping.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.
• Vacuuming.
• Disinfecting of workspace.
• Restocking of toiletries upon need.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Continuously works indoors, and alone. Occasionally works with others.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time seasonal position. This position requires you to work the graveyard shift.

Required Education and Experience

1. Must be able to work the overnight shift.
2. Ability to work without being supervised.
3. Must have good judgment or discernment when talking to guests.
4. Must have excellent computer/typing skills to ensure quick and efficient customer service for our guests.
5. Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
