Requirements

• BC Security License
• Written and oral communication skills
• Resident within Greater Victoria area
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Able to do foot patrol and stand for long periods of time

The Role

Themis Security is currently looking to find a dedicate Site Supervisor to work on various site locations, depending on the requirements of the site. Your specific responsibilities will vary depending on the site but you will always be:

• Assisting Clients/guests with special needs or requirements
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and/or machinery
• Monitor quality of reporting produced by site guards, and follow up as needed
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports to Management and Clients
• Resolve work related problems
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (when needed) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures and company policies

As an On-Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people while maintaining communication throughout your shift with a Team Lead and/or Dispatch.

* You must work at least 24 hour per week and be employed for over 90 days in order to qualify.

Shifts

• 8-12 hour shifts
• Overnight availability – Themis Security is a 24/7 operation, preference will be given to those with a flexible schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
