Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Understand the manufacturing process including milling, turning, assembly and inspection
Prepares s by analyzing and certifying customer and internal systems and mechanical designs product failures and recommending corrections/improvements/design changes, and by ing upon their own independently created designs, methods and procedures.
Provides designs and drawings, instructions and related documentations for new and existing products and systems. Interacts with project engineering, design, customer teams for inputs and deliverables.
Reviews drawings, analytics and critical test results and provides final approval.
Prepares analysis and summary for technical review.
Reviews vendor and customer drawings for design standards and compatibility with equipment and process. Suggests improvements/design changes.
Evaluates existing products for quality and manufacturing methods. Researches product history, industry standards and company standards. Suggests improvements/design changes.
Plans work and maintains schedules by completing projects by due dates.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge. Reviews professional publications and participates in professional societies.
Writes patents and technical papers when applicable.
Presents well written and well-spoken communication.
Travels to assigned project site locations when necessary.
Manages projects and participates as part of a team.
