TheDriveGroup Hiring for Technical Business Analyst at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

The Drive Group has partnered with a large Australian brand that wants a Technical Business Analyst to join the team working on a contact center integration and Salesforce Configuration. This will be to deliver the program of work to improve customer and internal communication. To ensure service is more efficient.

This role will require you to work with technical stakeholders to come up with a solution. It needs someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and help out where needed across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

– Developing technical Documentation for internal and external use.

– Mapping out User Stories with technical details

– Communicating milestones to Business stakeholders

– Liaising with all internal/ external stakeholders

– Aligning documentation and workshops to product strategy

Experience required to be successful:

– 5 years of Technical Business Analyst experience

– Contact Centre Integration

– Agile ways of working

– Driving workshops to align with product strategy

– Technical understanding of API’s/ Salesforce Config

– Strong Stakeholder Communication – technical/ Business

This will be a hybrid role based in Sydney 2 days in the office. The business is a household name with a great brand in the market. This division has seen significant growth over the past year and with innovative projects going ahead they are showing no signs of slowing down.
