Systems Engineer – L3

* Hills location

* Up to $120-125k plus super

What you will be doing:

• Support and configuration of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments
• Attend scheduled onsite bookings with clients
• Configure server and networking infrastructure for onsite implementation
• Configure, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with enterprise networking hardware, virtualised infrastructure, SAN storage, VDI/Terminal Services, wireless deployments, and more
• Manage and maintain the data centre
• Occasionally act as an after-hours emergency support escalation point

What you need:

• Experience working in a similar role for an MSP
• Advanced understanding of end-user support, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
• Proven ability to configure and provide advanced troubleshooting of windows server technologies
• Strong virtualisation skillset in VMWare, SAN storage, VDI and related technologies
