Level 2 Support Engineer

*Up to $90k plus super

*Northern Beaches

*Hybrid working – wfh, onsite, office

TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth. Work with a business that has MINIMAL turn over and treats you how you are meant to be treated.

About the role:

– You will be working across the Level 2/3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison.

– Supporting Endpoints, Servers & Networks.

– You will also assist with some switch installation and project if and when required.

– Onsite work will be required when clients need it.

What you need:

– Minimum 5 years + experience in IT

– Experience in MSP environments

– Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience

– Worked on basic network troubleshooting on switches and routers.

– Windows Server experience
