TheDriveGroup Hiring for Level Support Engineer at Baulkham Hills, New South Wales, Australia Full Time
Level 2 Support Engineer
– Up to $90k plus super
– North Sydney
– Hybrid role
TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth.
About the role:
– You will be working across the Level 2 space as and when needed.
– Supporting Endpoints, Servers & Networks.
– Onsite work will be required when clients need it.
What you need:
– Minimum 3 years + experience in IT
– Experience in MSP environments
– Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
– Extensive network troubleshooting on switches and routers.
– Windows Server experience
Best part is, this is a quick couple-stage process and they will interview next week!
