Level 2 Support Engineer
*Up to $80-85k plus super
*Sydney CBD
*Onsite, 5 days a week
TheDriveGroup are proud to be partnering with an up and coming MSP who are wanting to grow their team in the CBD.
What you will be doing:
- Providing level 1 and level 2 support to end users
- System administration and support of AD, O365, Azure AD & Intune
- Resolve service requested in Connectwise
- Maintain operating system
- Desktop and laptop builds with SOE
- Basic network troubleshooting
What you need:
- 3+ years experience working within a MSP environment
- Experience working across AD, O365, AzureAD & Intune
- Exceptional communication skills
- MUST be a citizen due to government clients
