TheDriveGroup Hiring for Level Support at North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Level 2 Support

* Up to $85-90k plus super

* North Shore location

* Hybrid working environment

TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSSP, who are looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth.

About the role:

You will be working across the Level 2 and some Level 3 work as and when needed.

Supporting Endpoints, Servers, Networks & Cloud platforms.

What you need:

– Experience in MSP environments

– Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience

– Experience supporting Cloud and virtual environments

– Firewalls, Switches and Routers

– Australian Citizenship

Best part is, this is a two-stage process and they will interview this week!
