Level 2 Support Engineer

* Box Hill

* Up to $85k plus super

* Hybrid working environment – WFH

TheDriveGroup are partnering with a well-known technology provider in Melbourne that are looking for an exceptional Level 2 support engineer to join their existing team.

About the role:

– Provide Level 2 support for all incidents

– Establish monitoring for client infrastructure

– Troubleshooting of routers, switches and firewalls

– Manage tickets within ConnectWise

What you need:

– MSP experience – MUST

– Drivers license

– Experience in the following tech stack

• Office 365
• ConnectWise
• Switches, routers & firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco)
• Windows server
• Vmware/Hyper V
• Back up technologies

* Work 2-3 days in the office
