TheDriveGroup Hiring for Information Technology Support Engineer at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time
IT Support Engineer
* Up to $110k plus super
* Sydney location
* Fully remote – travel to sites a few times a month – Sydney CBD
TheDriveGroup are partnering with a well-known technology provider that are looking for an exceptional Level 3 support engineer to join their existing team either based in Sydney!
About the role:
– Provide Level 2/3 support
– Basic networking- DNS and DHCP
– Manage tickets within ConnectWise
About you:
– 4+ years experience within Level 2/3 support
– MSP experience (MUST have)
– Experience in the following tech stack
- Microsoft OS
- Office 365
- ConnectWise
- Mobile devices
- Azure AD
- Defender
- Cisco switches – configuring
MUST HAVE the following certifications:
– ITIL Foundation Cert
– MD-102 Endpoint Administration OR
– MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator
– Anything in Azure
Must have full Australian working rights & a working tenure of at least 2 years with an employer.
