SaaS Company | Head of Engineering | Sydney

We have partnered with an Australian tech company that are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to manage a team of 20-30.

• Flexible working structure (Remote & Sydney office)
• Greenfield projects!
• Work with a passionate and collaborative team

This is a rare opportunity for a Head of Engineering to join an established tech-driven SaaS company who are on a massive growth journey!

Your current title doesn’t matter, so if you are an Engineering Manager, CTO, Staff Engineer then great!

However, you will need to come from a solid React/Node/JavaScript background and be able to remain 20-30% hands-on at times across the code and architecture.

Outside of this, you will help manage and scale their tech team while helping the company grow to the next level!

They are established and well-funded and you will work in an agile environment. So your role will involve you wearing many different hats!
