Job Description

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and community engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Marketing Administrative Support: Provide crucial assistance in organising marketing materials, ensuring smooth operations.
• Content Creation: Assist in crafting compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, emails, and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Contribute to managing our social media accounts – schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyse performance.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns, working closely with team members, vendors, and agencies.
• Event Assistance: Provide organisational support for marketing events, product launches, store openings, and community outreach programs.
• Digital Marketing Support: Play a role in executing digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, online advertising, and website updates.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to marketing promotions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with franchisees to align marketing efforts with their needs and goals. Develop and execute location-specific marketing plans to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Local Area Marketing: Help execute location-specific marketing plans to boost sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A genuine passion for food.
• You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, adapt quickly and are an eager learner.
• You are proficient in tools like Canva and an expert in Social Media Platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Excel in written communication with exceptional writing skills.
• Willingness to work within a team, coordinating with various departments for seamless execution.
• Graphic Design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are a bonus.
