Overview of the role
We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on an initial 3-month FTC to support the recruitment team with some key recruitment campaigns.

The role will be crucial in helping to screen candidates and sell The Works as an employer of choice by providing an exciting insight into our culture, the vacancies and our direction of travel, as well as arranging interviews.

We are due to run some campaigns for key departments in our Support Centre and are expecting a high volume of interest. Supporting the Recruitment Advisor leading the projects, and reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be obsessed with delivering an amazing candidate experience to those seeking to join us by ensuring that every step of their journey is timely, fun and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• The first point of contact for candidates applying to roles across our recruitment campaign projects
• Screening candidates to discuss their experience and sell the opportunities we have
• Ensuring every candidate has an amazing recruitment journey, regardless of their outcome
• Arranging interviews with the hiring managers
• Able to understand the vacancy brief and identify talent who meet the role specification and our cultural and behavioural values
