Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 plus years of recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
• Minimum of 4 years as a team lead, supervisor, or manager
• Experience leading recruitment initiatives, and managing client relationships
• Prefer experience with high volume, professional level, and college recruiting a plus
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems
• Proficient in the use of job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to recruit candidates
• Proficient with MS Office applications, Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Adaptable to changing needs
• Highly responsive to team members, clients, and candidates
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to relate to individuals at all levels
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English (U.S.) both written and orally, in one-on-one and group settings
• Good presentation skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Must be systematic and efficient
• Able to self-manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Must have a quiet, U.S. based home office with PC running Windows10, broadband connection, and a mobile phone or separate office-line

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
